Information about out-of-court settlement of disputes between lawyer and client
In accordance with applicable law, we hereby inform our clients who are consumers (i.e. natural persons who do not act in the course of their entrepreneurship or in the course of their own profession) that the relationship established by the legal services contract concluded between a lawyer and a client, the relevant provisions of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., the Consumer Protection Act, as amended, apply. According to the obligation imposed by this Act, we inform clients - consumers - that if a dispute arising out of a contract for the provision of legal services is not amicably resolved between a lawyer and a client, a client may approach the body of out-of-court dispute resolution, the Czech Bar Association (further information can be found on the website of this authorized entity - www.cak.cz).
